The Associated Student of Washington State University Office of Legislative Affairs houses the Director and Associate director of Legislative Affairs. These two students are responsible for advocating student needs at the state level as well as promoting voter turnout. The office creates a legislative agenda with the help of the ASWSU President and reports to both the President and ASWSU Senate.
This office also houses the legislative student committee comprised of Cougs who volunteer their time and voice to help shape the legislative agenda for the year. If you are interested please come by to see us. GO COUGS!
